Boxing as a sport can be extremely rewarding to both the body and the mind. James City Boxing Club offers everyone the opportunity to learn and experience this highly beneficial activity in a positive and encouraging environment.



Simple and Flexible conditioning programs based on traditional drills and training techniques. You can train for 
local competition in the ring, including the Gloden Gloves, or

you use the workouts for conditioning and body shaping.


Workouts take between 45 minutes and one hour at least three times per week.


  
    Loaner Equipment is available for the beginner boxer and the Club has a pro shop for Everlast and Ringside equipment needs.

 
     James City Boxing Club is a member of the USA Boxing, the sanctioning body for United States Amateur Boxing. All Coaches are certified by USA Boxing.
